The filter holder is the circular item on the left. The new copper pipes take the engine oil to and from the filter and are inside the sump. They have to fitted in the sump but avoiding any of the mechanical parts of the engine. The block needed some machining both internally and externally to get the thing to fit. It certainly hasn’t been “plug and play” as we thought.
