FW: Complex Paris Hotel Bookings!

Only the French would think that not having seen Alice for 40 days and 40 nights that upon arrival in Paris I would want to snuggle up to James and Caron. I will have tolerated James’ snoring for 40 nights and certainly upon arrival in Paris have no intention of putting up with another night. I’m sure that Alice will be praying that it isn’t contagious! Hilarious!

I think that you have misunderstood.

 

Mr Chancellor has reserved two rooms (one double, one twin)

Mr Cunningham has reserved three rooms (one double, one twin, one single.). You confirmed this reservation by letter dated May 7^th 2010

 

Both reservations are for Friday 15^th and Saturday 16^th (only Mrs Chancellor and Mrs Cunningham and their children will be staying at the hotel on Friday 15^th. They will be joined by Mr Cunningham and Mr Chancellor on Saturday 16^th)

 

The Rally will pay for one twin reservation for Saturday 16^th. Please book this as one of Mr Chancellors reservations. Mr Chancellor will therefore pay for his two rooms for one night and one room for one night. The Rally will pay for one room for one night. Mr Cunningham will pay for three rooms for two nights.

 

I hope that this is clear. I will not be sleeping with Mr and Mrs Chancellor. I will be sleeping with my wife.

Dear Mr Cunningham,

 

I contact you as I received the List of participants for the Rallye and I have a question.

 

As you know the Rallye Association will pay for one room on the 16th of October, this room should be occupied by the 2 pilotes ( you and Mr Chancellor ). As I understand, you and your co-pilote want to share the room with his wife so one of you will pay for his room so could you please tell me which reservation I should block under the Rallye Association room block.

 

As soon as I have the information I will send you the new booking confirmation.
