Richard is up to speed on my second passport so now I need to muddle my way through the details of gaining 14 separate visas for a variety of countries.
I suspect I am unusual in knowing people who live in Ulan batour as I do , albeit it is a marginal know and it is through my son. As for the rest nothing, nein.
Luckily I have a dinner date tonight with the family so I can ponder the visa compilation over a glass of wine and then get cracking later.
I have been reading the excellent books on offer for prospective rally participants with a mixture of awe and serious bewilderment. Preparation is one thing and clearly is desperately important but as of now we still have a car in the garage - However my stars have always said - " Where there's a will there's a way " - Onwards to the precipice of this life affirming experience !
