It's over - We've done the dream.

So after numerous problems and having driven through 11 countries and just over 

14,000 kms we have achieved what sometimes felt might not be achievable. We arrived 

in Paris to a fantastic reception from family and friends yesterday and the sense of achievement 

was just fabulous.

Our problems on the route have been too numerous to mention so it was a joy that our last day of driving was 

uneventful except for the demise of the Chairman. He has been a stalwart throughout the trip 

but succumbed to an aggressive gearchange early on Saturday morning. 

We had a great party in Paris last night and now will spend some time unwinding and sleeping.
